    Pricey, but where I am at, there isn't much of an option. I'll be checking into AT&T U-Verse, but for now it comes bundled w/ TWC. Basic cable w/ HD DVR, HD Tier (7 bucks-ish) and Roadrunner costs about $117.00/mo.
