I have the 6/1Mbps service. When I got the service, the install went off without a problem. I have had Comcast for over 6 years and it has only gone out twice. The service is incredible, and as stated, very reliable. I would highly suggest trying Comcast to anyone that can. With there being no contract, you have nothing to lose. You will not get this kind of service for the price from any other provider out there. Many people go with DSL for the price, but come back to cable for the speed and reliability. Comcast has always been steady with performance. PowerBoost gives me speeds of up to 15 Mbps during downloads, and 1.2 Mbps during uploads. Overall, a great service!
