Had CC HSI and DC for almost 2 years w/DVR. Really liked it but not enough to stay onboard after all the promotions wore off and my cost went up about 60 bucks. So, I went to WOW. But CC to me had good customer service till the end. They seem to like calling your bluff about switching providers and the day you do call up to cancel, they try to talk you into staying. They even call you up 30 days later trying to "match" the deal.
HSI never had any down time. IT was always there and the speed was great.
Cable: Same as above. pretty good content and my LCD/QAM tuner tv got channels right off the coax in HD too. If you can get a deal, they are a good choice in my area. If not, WOW is your next choice (or a bird a few thousand miles above your head)

Speeds near seattle are above avertised and only time my net gets disconnected is if power goes out. i cant vouch for their support because iv never had the need to call, It always works like it should. | |

Las Cruces, NM 88007 Oh, I agree 100%. I've lived all over (Hawaii, Florida, California). I've had some good providers both cable and phone. But some bad cable. I've had Comcast a few times since living in Michigan. They have ATT DSL, Wideopen West and a few others in my area (no all serving the same areas) but this keeps CC on it's toes. Guess same thing can be said about phone service. We keep hearing how Verizon is the BEST cell phone company. They keep sucking customers off Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.. however, after knowing and talking to some of these "defectors", most are sorry they went to VZ. You never hear about them. You only hear about how bad everyone else is. The market around here in Detroit has many providers, Comcast and Sprint are companies people love to hate everywhere else in the country but they are by far, the best around here (for now)...  | |
