Windstream (apparently the DSL is from alltel) 1.5/256 was installed in a "corporate townhouse" when I arrived and seemed slow so I talked the owner into 3.0/384. D/L speed ranges from about 1.2 to 2.5 Mbps and U/L is terrible, usually about 0.16 Mbps. I am unable to locate the CO and so don't know if this is a distance issue or just terrible service.
If I had a choice, I would be on cable.
I am long gone from oh so beautiful Hobbs, NM and the psycho landlord.
