    Well, it's better than Road Runner in El Paso. That's why I have it. Reliability has been excellent. I don't think it's ever gone down for more than 5 minutes, and even that was fixed with a modem reboot. At 800 feet from the RT, I get 5100/700 pretty consistently. I think it's pretty sad that AT&T doesn't "overcap" to account for overhead like most ISPs do.

    India-outsourced support is a catastrophe. I'd almost rather deal with any problem I might have then call support.
