6/2009- all is good, best VoIP Company out there

Overall Voicepulse served us well however we recently got Fios Triple-play so I just canceled Voicepulse for Broadband however I still have VoicePulse Connect.

I was just prompted with a “How about a review or review update” while logging on www.dslreports.com, well here it is. The service has been very stable and well worth every penny, if anyone is checking these reviews and is entertaining the thought of VoIP look no further. If you have a stable ISP, good cabling for you LAN, and a decent phone and the ability to configure your router and/or firewall if necessary you will be very happy with this company.

This will be the third time (and last time I hope) I’ve changed VP rating. Long story short I was very happy with the features and service when I first signed up. Then I started getting an occasional echo so I sent the borrowed spa2000 back and purchased my own spa3000 because I thought it would correct the echo, plus I would have 911 ability via the POTS line on the spa3000... the spa3000 was useless as far as the VP features go,, so after 90 days I gave up waiting for spa3000 functionally. VP sent me back another spa2000 and all is good again.
