UPDATE 12/3/7: Random little issues still keep this from being a rave review. I get some help from VT, but it doesn't always fix the issue. I get too many invoices. They should have Pay One Price for the year and just pay and forget it. I hate the constant invoices and payment notices, not to mention the threatening notices when VT fails to pay itself with my credit card on file. So lots of little things. I do get the sense that they want it to be a good service and good company but aren't quite up to being able to consistently deliver against their wishes. Quirky, small, eager. So it's OK, but not for everyone...hence my numerical ratings. (remember that broadbandreports will give them a glowing silver star with a ridiculously low 3.1 rating or something)...
UPDATE: I'm upgrading my ratings a bit. It's not all perfect but is overall pretty good. The billing is annoying (I get 3 bills a month, even with a prepaid annual plan).
I went with ViaTalk after SunRocket due to the many years of good discussions about it. However, it's a bad time for VT and they have features that don't work or don't work right. Calls don't go through, messages get cut off, there's no support for tickets even though I have premium support.
The jury's still out, but I'm not going to give good ratings until it's much better. Others should beware for now. Don't sign up until they get the kinks out.
