The 100Mb Internet line is very reasonable for businesses and users alike. It's FTTP, then a very small converter box is used to deliver you a RJ45 (Cat5/6) connection. Included are the standard DNS, Email, and IP Allocation services. You have online control of the DNS records and access to a Help Desk. The support is very responsive and show a degree of knowledge about Internet Architecture.
About the install, our building security was the major problem. But the subcontracted install was a third party we had to deal with. Communication between them and Cogent was minimal. It worked out though. 2-4 hours to run Fiber lines in a downtown building.
