    I ordered the Silver package (1.5 Mb, 868 kbps). I am getting 1.2 MB down and 150 kbps up. I am working with technical support to figure out how to improve upload speeds.

    But I am impressed with the reliability of the service. Much better than Satellite and Wireless.

    As soon as the upload speeds are improved, I'll be a happy camper!
