If it's not raining here, it's hot outside -- very hot and very humid. Who wants to sit outside in the 100 degree heat and use their laptop? I see plenty of people walking the downtown streets, but I don't see any benefit whatsoever from Free Wi-Fi, other than easy access to the city's network on the meter maid's PDA...
Am I missing something?

Or the massive puddles that built up on the road. Doesn't Houston know the word drainage system to prevent water from collecting well, EVERYWHERE in deep standing puddles. |
