Nextel falsified records by sending out replacement phones to customers with busted phones, marking them up as NEW ACCOUNTS therefore inflating numbers of how many customers they had. I do agree, Sprint took a F'd up company and screwed it up more because they took too much time in weeding out all the problems. Nextel had let their network (eqp) go to crap and did not upgrade, hoping for a buyer. Then here comes Sprint. So, unless you KNOW for a fact I'm wrong about them being screwed up BEFORE sprint stepped in, you might want to go back, do a little research on the matter, then come back begging for forgiveness.  (rumor mill or not, the company WAS in DEEP DEEP trouble before they were "merged" with Sprint. They are STILL paying for this mistake bigtime.  |
