| ZOOM Modem Setting HELP!!!
I just got a ZOOM Modem from Staples. SE think my britport modem is dead.
But can someone give me info on how it should be setup.
I went into to modem and changed the setting to what I thought they should be by doing some research but still having issues with the line. I think it is something on there side but not sure. They are supposing working on it.
Any help would be GREAT.

| reply to cmarrero I just got the Zoom X5. It hung up twice after about 10 min. usage. I couldn't ping it, and my browser couldn't connect to it. I had to completely reset the modem only to hung up again.
Needless to say, I will be returning this. And never to buy zoom again |
