Limited connectivity when logging in to VPN

Hi,

I got a DELL Laptop recently. Iam able to connect to internet by wireless. However when i try to connect to VPN, thought iam authenticated and get connected to the VPN, however the status shows as limited connectivity. Can anyone please help me with this issue.

Do you actually get an IP address on the VPN interface? (use ipconfig at the command line to check)
