i did not know they moved their manhattan office. what does this mean listed under their queens office

I called in a week ago and they told me they were available in the Northern Blvd. office. I Didn't call them directly. I am planning to pass-by there next week and swap my box if they do have it. |

hopefully it will be available soon...I know there were some issues with the new boxes but hopefully a new firmware was released which fixed them...I'm really needing the extra storage space |

What are the differences/benefits/downsides of this box versus the 6412 (I think that's the HD-DVR I have at home)? |

2 edits | main difference being increased storage capacity...the DCX boxes have 250GB of storage compared to 160GB on the current ones...the new DCX boxes also 'look' better
