Also, test here »ftp://ftp1.optonline.net/test512
Note your transfer rate after about 30 seconds. Then cancel the download.
Post the URL for the New Tweak Test. For the TWO Speakeasy Tests, Copy and Paste the speed results from those tests and note the speed from the FTP download test. -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra |

Doing the tweaks may not result in optimum performance. I'll come back to this after we see the results of tweaks. -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra |

| • Speeds look good.
• You still have some packet loss and high latency at your hop.
• I have a feeling that the issue is with your ISP and not with you. It is somewhere between you and the CMTS.
• Before you call your ISP, check all your connections and make sure that they are good and also tight. Any splitters?
• Pull the router and direct connect to the MODEM. Reboot the MODEM and the box and run the speed tests and the LQT again.
• If the speeds are still good and your hop still shows an issue, call your ISP. Put the router back in and reboot the router, the MODEM, and the box. -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra |

| For your speeds ....
Thats about as good as it gets. It isnt going to get much better than that. Put a fork in it youre done.

Good luck with Comcast. -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra |
