The sad thing (and the crux of our problem) is that RCN probably IS the best cable provider in the valley. It's like saying that the Flyers were voted the best pro hockey team in Philadelphia. A nice sentiment, but ostensibly meaningless given that they are the only game in town.
The "honor" is that a majority of people consider RCN to be better than Service Electric for the fourth straight year. If that's something you'd like to be proud of, fine. But it's nothing to brag about. |

But I can see how this is true, at least until FiOS comes to town, then I would like to see things shake up a little bit. |
